  • THIRDPARTYSERVICE – InvoiceAddress is now properly forwarded on orders; previously it remained empty due to a mapping issue.
  • MEv3 – Fixed a bug where sales price and discount were still being sent, even when this was disabled via connector settings.

  • Sending multiple ordertypes at once – When a salesrep has multiple ordertypes active, these can be send in one session
  • Added setting to go to selection of lookbook – When setting is on the final lookbook image will not be shown, but the itemselection of the lookbook is shown.
  • Support for 5 decimals after the comma - It is possible to add amounts to the item with 5 decimals after the comma.

  • β€’ Show more orderlines – We show more orderlines in the Tablet view by collapsing the customer field and the total field.
  • Show customernumber – We show the customernumber in the customer screen and in the orderscreen.

🐞 Solved Bugs

  • Sorting does not work in Phone device – The bug that the sorting in the orderscreen does not work has been solved.
  • Size of the pictures in catalog – The pictures in the catalog have been enlarged for better visibility.
  • Use multiple ordetypes - When using the setting multiple ordertypes is on, the items are now added to the active ordertype instead of to all ordertypes.
  • App4Customers - When setting "Change Orderdatum" is off, it is no longer possible to change the orderdate.

Known Issues

  • Searchbar does not work in iOS 26 - When using iOS 26 the searchbar in the catalog does not work.

  • SAP B1 – We now support retrieving and displaying the correct stock levels for component items. This ensures stock information is correct for products that consist of multiple components.

  • EXACT ONLINE – We have added templating support for SalesOrders.
  • THIRDPARTYSERVICE – We introduced a new Metadata column to the SalesHeaderHistory table. This allows us to return additional data through the ThirdPartyService, enabling more complete and detailed integrations.

🐞 Fixed Bugs

  • CMS – Fixed an issue on the Item Details page where the stock indicator displayed incorrect stock level.

  • Product Matrix – We have changed the product matrix for the tablet devices. We now provide a single overview of all the items belonging to product matrix item. You will be able to see the stock per item and can immediately order the items.
  • Order Screen – We have changed the orderscreen for tablet devices. We now support the selection of those columns you would like to see. These columns can be configured via the CMS. To show more orderlines it is possible to collapse the field with the totals in it.
  • Share order confirmations – β€’ It is now possible to immediately share order confirmations with the contact person of the company. It is now possible to share order confirmations on Android devices.

🐞 Solved Bugs

  • Editing customer restricted in CMS – Users can no longer edit customers in the app when "Edit customer" is turned off in CMS.
  • SKU displayed in EAN field – The EAN field now correctly shows the SKU (Unitnumber) when this is filled in instead of the EAN number.
  • Catalog issue with Turkish language – Switching to Turkish now correctly displays the catalog.
  • Nearby customers on Android – Nearby customers are now shown correctly on Android devices.
  • Multiselect discount and price – Discounts and prices are now correctly applied when using multiselect.
  • Stock indicator visibility on iOS scan screen – The stock indicator is no longer shown on the scan screen when the setting is disabled.
  • Syncing of items – The app now properly completes item syncing without showing it as still running

  • VISMA.NET – Templating support has been added for SalesOrders
  • NETSUITE – It is now possible to retrieve all the stock values for all the Kit items, meaning: Shelf Stock, To be Received and To be Delivered for every item under the Kit.
  • KCS – A setting has been added to the CMS to only synchronize addresses based on priority code.

πŸ”§ Optimizations

  • CMS – Images in the header and the login page have been changed due to rebranding
  • KCS – Previously we would synchronize all properties from KCS, we made an improvement to now only fetch relevant properties for our connector to increase performance for the synchronizations.
  • KCS – Action items will no longer get discount from discount groups.
  • KCS – It is now visible that a line is canceled on an order, this is also shown in the order total, which will make it clear that the line will not be delivered.
  • KCS – Previously only orderlines with the status 'B' or 'O' were shown, this has been extended so that status 'M' (Pending) is also included.
  • CMS - We have changed the images in the header of the CMS as part of our rebranding.

🐞 Fixed Bugs

  • KCS – If we retrieved an empty description from KCS in the Invoice History, we had a fallback implemented on ItemCode. We fixed this so the description remains empty if not available from the ERP.
  • KCS – We now use the correct ItemCode for stocks.
  • VISMA.NET – Dropshipment contact will no longer overwrite the delivery address for new orders.
  • VISMA.NET – There was an issue with sending the wrong state when updating existing customers which made it impossible to edit customers in App4Sales.
